For what I pay a month in rent, I think that it should be gated, maybe more security, ie soliciting.
When I Moved into the apartment, it looked like it had been 'refurbished' if you will. VERY hastily. The carpet should have been replaced, not just steamed. If you have a pet, not only do you make an EXTRA 150 deposit, and another 100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit in addition to both of those, you have to pay "rent" for your animal, so your rent is higher as well. There are a lot of options in Salisbury for the same price if not less, that are much nicer. If it were not for the large amount of money it costs to get out of a lease, I would be gone by now.
