I have never posted anything on the internet before, but I would feel terrible if I didn't WARN prospective tenants about Mill Pond. I have so many complaints. I can't wait to move out.
The apartments are shabby! Nothing was fixed before I moved in. Vinyl flooring pieced together in the kitchen. It looks horrible! Kitchen countertops coming apart and had TAPE on the seem! Cabinet doors and laundry room doors broken. (not just falling off, broken)
The carpets were filthy! They had NOT been cleaned!
I cannot even fill one bathtub with hot water. It turns ice cold when the tub is half full, and my hot water heater is turned up.
Don't try to walk in the grass, you will sink. The grounds are saturated due to the poor landscaping and irrigation system. Not to mention, all this standing water makes the apartments smell.
Water leakage has been a major problem for several residents I know who live on the first floor. One apartment had a whole bedroom flood.
Don't even get me started on the pools! What a joke! Only two guests at a time! 24 hour notice to use the pools! $5 per guest! Why did I pay an ammentites fee' There really are no ammenities!
Finally, the property manager. I'm not sure of her name, but she is extremely rude & unpleasant. She does NOT care AT ALL if residents have maintenance issues.
I am very unhappy living at Mill Pond Village. I hope others do not make the same mistake I made.

re-the above review...what does your friend Miss High Standards have to do with this persons review...wow this site is getting a little petty. no a lot petty, some people need to move on with their lives, like when they moved out....move on now too.

I on the other hand am most appreciative of the information in this posting. I am finding a very mixed review from all the postings but I have concerns about the landscaping, dog piles of poo every where, thin floors and walls, and am quite disappointed about the pool pass situation - especially for parents of kids who would like to invite friends.
