I WOULD Suggest this place to anyone who has time to play childish games with a grown woman. She might have time to do her job if she wasn't so busy harassing people.

The 'property management' is horrible. If you want to call it that. She (Shar ren Sta ib) has no regard for her residents, and has no business working with the public. She is very nice and friendly the day you sign your lease, after that you can forget it. She will put on a fake smile as she makes crass remarks and treats you as if you are just another rent check. I think it is time for her to retire, or be let go. She is the reason this place has a bad rep.

Oh and the sprinklers spray everywhere! You cant walk in your door while they are spraying unless you have an umbrella, and don't expect to park anywhere and keep your vehicle clean. They water the parking lot like it grows grass. And when you ask to have something done about it, they say sure, and nothing is ever done, the buck is always passed with Sharon.

The management is not there but if something is broken, better hope you get Kevin, He is the only one at the complex that actually works.

i think it is sad that there are honest people on this website posting their thoughts, and then there are immature children playing on the website.
