I first thought this was the ideal place to live being a single mom and since it is close to schools and shopping. Unfortunately as time went on Sharon the property manager showed her true Hitler colors, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She lies and makes false accusation, She sends threatening letters that are not true. I hate living here and like all the other residents that have responded can't afford to get out of lease but as soon as the lease is up I will be leaving. I think anyone who feels the same should complain to the owners Sachs Investing Companies phone # 212-753-3232.
