Do not live at mill Pond, they are all about Money and not only that they go into your apartment with out proper authorization. Horrible management. Go to Pond's Edge apartments right down the road, a lot better and nicer looking.

If you enjoy your kitchen floor looking like a doctors' office floor, a fireplace that's embarassingly cheesy, and basically floorplans that give you more (wasted) space in your bathroom than space for a kitchen table, go to Pond's Edge. If you want to live someplace that has to give away free crap just to get people to walk in the door, go to Pond's Edge. If you want to have a maintenance problem get fixed by someone who knows nothing about maintenance (or property management for that matter), go to Pond's Edge. If you enjoy paying an arm and a leg for an apartment that has the beautiful view of dirt, trash, route 13 or a car dealership, go to Pond's Edge. I think I'll stick with Mill Pond.

i lived in mill pond for 2 years and hated it for various reasons. I have lived in Pond's Edge since june and i am EXTREMELY happy. i am not the original poster, but felt i should reply to your reply because there is nothing in the world that would have made me stick with mill pond.

I live at Mill Pond and after reading this review I have to believe it was written by someone who works at Pond's Edge... How tacky!

And the November 17,07 review certainly sounds as though it is written by mgmt at Mill Pond. I think I will be checking into Pond's Edge before I commit anywhere.
