I was just reading through all of the reviews and it looks like my 5 year old got ahold of this site! What a bunch of childish banter!

I just wanted to say that I loved Mill Pond. It surprises me to see the bad review on here, actually. I was always treated with respect when I dealt with management, maintenance usually took care of things very well (there were occasional things that needed call-backs, but they were things that couldn't be helped the first time around), and the property itself is beautiful. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved amicably. Yeah the pool guest policy kind of sucks, but I think I'd rather have to pay for guest passes and be limited on them rather than be told I can't swim because my neighbors brought all of their friends. Not only that, but where else are you going to find an indoor pool that you can use for free in the winter time''' My rent was very comparable to other properties', especially considering Mill Pond has more amenities than they do. I didn't like having to pay more for my pet, but everyone else charges for them too so we were kind of stuck with it. The new dog park they put in makes it at least seem worth it, although we've since moved out.

Anyway, its unfortunate that you have to pick through the banter to find the LEGITIMATE reviews of this property. I assure anyone reading this that Mill Pond is AMAZING! I would have lived there for a hundred years if I didn't have small and loud children that need a yard!

I agree, Yoou must understand that with maintenance request, they are taking care of by priority first. So no hot water comes before closet door doesn;t shut tight. If your dishwasher doesn't work put in the request and do it manually. Stop being such Babbies about crap and be adults
