decent but too pricey

Decent place to live but the rent is high. And when we moved out, they charged us for a small stain on the carpet. They determined the stain costs $200. We were charged $200 for a light, steam cleanable stain on a small section of the carpet. How on earth they were able to determine the "price" of the stain on a 1050sqf carpet equals $200! lol- And the carpet was already, really really worn when we first moved in! Whatever...
