I have lived here for quite awhile, and have heard the MANY stories about the management, all bad mind you. I have had it finally. So she offers lower rent to a lot of tenants from what I have been hearing, and I ask about getting mine lowered. Well she says no, that I would have to go to the owner, yet somehow someway she has managed to lower others rent without going to the owners. I swear she makes up the rules as she goes.

The rent has finally lowered for new tenants, which is probably more what it should be considering how horrible SHAR0N STA1B is.

I would not let my worst enemy move in here, if you do move in and its new to you, just be warned that you will have a lot to deal with if you ever need to speak with her.

She is so fake nice, but dont expect her to look you in the eye when she speaks to you, I believe it has something to do with the fact that she lies to everyone.

RENTER BEWARE!!!

Hey Jennifer, before you post stuff on this website perhaps it would be a good idea to get your facts straight. No one told you they signed something that said their rent was actually lowered. They only said that it was being considered by the owners. Seriously, you need something more productive to do with your time. If you hate this community so much, do something more effective with your time than posting smut about it all over a website. Move out. Did you also know that when you say something publicly about someone that is untrue, it is against the law? You can be taken to court for all of the stuff that you have said on this site about the current and former employees. I'd be a little more careful if I were you. Not a threat. Just hoping you realize that you seriously overstep your bounds time and time again and there can be consequences for that. This website retains the IP addresses of every post and your identity can be revealed with a simple subpoena. I think you're a lucky person that they haven't chosen to pursue legal action yet.

who the heck is Jennifer, Mr Anonymous? And she finally ended up lowering my rent, maybe bc she realizes how illegal her actions are. I didnt post anything on here that is illegal. Its called MY OPINION and freedom of speech. So remind Jennifer of that too.
