I don't what is wrong with these people saying unkind things about Mill Pond. I have leaved here 3 years since they built it and have never found another complex in the area that can compete with everything they offer. Although the lady manager can be short with people at times, I only see her once a year to resign my lease! The maintenance staff has always been attentive to fix anything that goes wrong. In 3 years they had to come out twice for minor things, once the day I called and the other the next day. They keep the complex looking brand new.

Last year they built in an enclosure around the pool and now I can swim year round!

There is a new manager, a young guy and he is very nice. The lady is still there too, but I have never seen her be rude like some people have called her. I am guessing the people who don't have nice things to say are the people that get evicted for damaging their apartments, being disruptive to other tenants and not paying their rent. Thank god they got evicted!
