I am very impressed by Adam, the new management. He is very friendly, such a breathe of fresh air! I have not had any problems since that other woman left for "personal reasons"''' whatever lol.

KUDOS to the owners for finally realizing that change was needed, maybe Adam can turn around all the negative stories passed on and told about Mill Pond.

I am happy to live here now.

I think he is very unfriendly and condascending and not worthy of an apartment manager. He has been absolutely no help to me with any of the problems I have had. He must only do things for certain people and not others. I pay my rent on time and have been here much longer than you have, I got further with the previous manager than this ^$)hole. In case you haven't realized, all the stuff being done to the new managers aprtment (not yours) WILL be passed on to you through your rent at lease renewal. That stupid new fence they just put around the pool that looks worse than the old fence? You will pay for that at your lease renewal. Let's be realistic about this, when my rent goes up, I want it to be for something that REALLY needs to be done, like a lot of grounds work that seriously needs to be fixed, not the managers apartment that just got remodeled or the replaced fence that did not need to be replaced. The stories are only going to get worse not better.

Perhaps if you knew anything about what you are talking about you wouldn't be so unhappy where you live. The apartment you are referring to is actually a model for the new upgraded units, so it will not be you and I paying for it, it will be the people moving into the upgraded units that will cost much more than our apartments. I think it is a great feature and I will consider upgrading to one myself. As for the pool fence, IT LOOKS AMAZING. There is finally room in the pool area and the grassy area adds so much to the area. If your are so unhappy here, maybe you should consider moving to one of the many other complexes than never does anything to improve their grounds.
