I have been in mill pond for over a year and I'm embarrassed to have family and friends visit. Don't get me wrong the landscaping area is very nice but when entering my building there are two birds nest on my floor and bird messing everywhere. When I visited the office about this the new guy told us that there beginning to pressure washing the buildings and that was over a month ago! Also we have friends who live in here and they moved out because they have had several problems with there ceilings leaking and nothing was being done about it. How in the world is that safe and livable for tenants' Also when signing a lease to move into mill pond, you were asked to sign a agreement about how to limit mold growing and fungus, well how are you expected to limit this if your ceiling leaking and nothing is being done. I would also like to say the apartment complex should seek the problem of tenants flying like bats out of hell when entering and exiting the park, this can be very dangerous to pedestrians and family with small children. If these problems were attended to, then this apartment complex would be a very nice complex compared to others in the area.

Agreed. Speeding has been a problem at Mill Pond since I moved in a few years ago. Police are unable to do anything because it is private property and tickets written are dismissed due to this. I know people who actually have mold growing in their apt due to no fault of their own and nothing has been done. The only way to rid this is to remove clean and replace all affected dry wall. My suggestion would be to get the health department involved. Heed the new Mill Pond slogan. The old slogan is it's all about you at Mill Pond. The new one is It's all about getting your money at Mill Pond. I liked it. LOL

There is no such thing as "have mold growing in their apt due to no fault of their own". We were given these procedures on how to avoid it for this reason. As a plumber I have seen alot of mold especially in kitchen and bathrooms and 99% of the time it is the occupants bad habits that cause it. I know they came in and heavil treated my nieghbors apartment when she discovered mold above her shower, I don't know why they wouldn't due that for everyone.

I had mold growing in my apartment due to no fault of my own when I lived at Mill Pond. It was growing along the floors under the carpet and base boards in the bedrooms. This was caused by constant flooding in my apartment. I complained several times and nothing was ever done. I feel so bad for whoever has moved into that unti since. Maybe the new management is better. It was terrible when I was there.
