So another year has gone by and time to sign my renewal and to my surprise my rent has gone down $10 a month. Not alot, but who ever heard of a renewal being less' I don't think you will find better amenities anywhere in Salisbury and everything is included, except I think they now sell reserved parking spaces.

Parking can be a problem at some of the buildings, but I am fortunate since I have parking in the front and back so there are always spaces. Maintenance can be slow at times but they are all very nice and when my toilet was overflowing at ten oclock at night they were here in a matter of minutes.

The property has changed alot over the 4 years I have lived, mostly for the better. I think the office is screening people better because i haven't seen or heard of any loud parties or craziness over the summer. I have heard the new manager has evicted alot of the troublemakers over the last year, 2 out of my building and that has made it nicer for everyone left. Maybe that is why there are so many people bad mouthing the property on this site.

All in all, I love living here and so do my neighbors, most of whom have lived here longer than I have. And you can't beat the indoor pool, still my favorite part of living here. And now they have recycling dumpsters all over the property so I don't have to drive to Walmart to drop stuff off. Cudos to them!
