my experience of Oakhill town homes is that the apt is very nice. I have not been able to rest since I have been here. I live down stairs. There is noise upstairs . I cannot rest because of the noise. Sounds like someone is bouncing a basketball of the wall. I work and get home around 5:00p.m. From 5 to around 2:00am the bouncing continues. There is also bugs and spiders crawling on my apt walls, on the floor, on the out side and around both front and back. The back area (yard) was not clean upon my moving in and still remains a serious problem and danger because of the spiders and bugs.
