Overpriced, but great none the less

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I was a senior in College and in a mind. they were willing to come in on a saturday to help me find somewhere. they worked with my move in schedule and even pro-rated the time because it had to be in the middle of the month. As for the apartment, its 3rd floor and quiet. Parkwood II is probably worth closer to 750 a month rather than 840, but the scenery and quietness of the apartment is well worth it.
