I moved into Runaway Bay when it first opened; there were only two or three other tenants in the complex when I arrived. At the time, the rent was only $700 per month, which was great coming from the Annapolis area where a similar apartment would rent for $1400 a month. For this price I had a 2BR 2BA apartment with a nice-sized balcony overlooking woods and a field. I had no maintenance problems whatsoever, although this may have changed since then. There is a tiny exercise room and a swimming pool that should really be called a wading pool; it's not big enough for all the people who live there. The location is great! The mall, stores, and restaurants are within a mile of the apartment complex not to mention the beach which is a half-hour away. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for clean apartments at a great rental price. It's hard to find a nice apartment in Salisbury, but this place was worth it.
