My son and I moved to Runaway Bay two years ago while in transition after going through a divorce. I have had nothing but a great experience living here, and I was very aprehensive at first since I had never lived in an apartment before. I left a very nice large home in the country and moved into an apartment complex and felt safe from day one. In the two years living here I only had to call maintenance two times that I remember and maintenance had it taken care of that very day. The location, convenience and overall experience was great.

It is amazing to me that you are say "safe" living in a place where a man was gunned down outside his apartment. I would NEVER live there with my children! I would much rather go to Mill Pond, Pond's Edge or Marley Manor for the price they are charging anyways!
