Read the messages that have been posted close. It will be clear to you that the favorable messages are generated from the staff of the apartment comples. Remember,
this is the same apartment management company that charges you out the nose for rent. Why would they give anybody anything for free' If the person is getting a new apartment, it will come at a huge cost! If they dispute this, you will know that it is the office staff that is placing the ratings and not real residents! Call them yourself and ask them to give you a price on one of their apartments now and then call them back again after the winter is over. You will see the differnce! Everybody is offering specials now because no family wants to move now. The company will have to eat the cost of not having people living in their apartments so rent is less expensive now. The maintenance guys are nice but it takes more that one trip to fix a problem. Many times there is no one in the office to answer the telephones and the office seems to be closed a lot. After my lease expires I will not be renewing my lease. UDR is really all about your money! The really don't compare with the other new apartments here in Salisbury. Ponds Edge, Run Away Bay and Mill Pond are all less expensive than The Greens and they were all built within recent years. They all do not have any gas. We heat with gas here which add to our costs. It is just not worth it to stay. I am getting a bigger and better apartment going to Ponds Edge. Besides, I get the tripple play for free!

Apology is not what you should be doing at this point. And, to set the record right, you did noting in helping me find Brittingham Square. We found them on our own! I realize that you are trying to make yourself look and sound good but it did not work. Not only was the carpet old, the entire apartment was old. Nothing had been upgraded! Had we not been caught without a place to live and needing something now, we would not have gone to your sister property either. You can bet one thing, I have told alot of people about what happened to me and my family at the Greens. I will say that the ladies in the office at Brittingham Square,--------------------- took very good care of us!

That's so ghetto that they're giving away free cable to get people to rent from them. (At Pond's Edge I mean)
