I have lived in UP and the Greens along with many houses around Salisbury.
THis place is near the top. The front office is hands down the best I have
delt with as far as landlords go. They are on a first name basis with a lot
of the residents (right -------'). THe maintenance men are quick to answer
and efficient. It is very quiet here too, except for the occasional friday
or saturday night party, but it is never a big problem... All of the trees
give a nice nature setting. My only complaint is that the pool is also in
the shade since there are trees everywhere, making it tough to get sun, and
not quite marley manor's pool, but other than that- you will not find a better
place to live. and the flatscreen in the gym makes for great workouts!
