It's not worth it. The new owners are raising the rent as high as some of the newer complexes in Salisbury(Mill Pond is $800 for a 2 bdrm, and they're new); and they're 20 years old(they raised mine 9%). They've done a facelift on some of the buildings, but my apt is hot in the summer(bad central air). And cold in the winter(drafty windows). And my porch is moldy and in bad shape. And the pool's hours are 11a.m. - 5p.m.(in the summer, when the days are long and hot). They should at least keep it open 8 hours a day, not to mention they open and close the pool when they feel like it. So you'd better check before you get suitted up!!!
