I lived here for 3 years, from 2006-2009. First off, the apartment complex is located in a very nice area, close to the zoo/park, Ward Musuem, and the Civic Center. When I first moved in, we had about 5 leaks within the first 6 months.. but once they were all fixed we didn't have any more problems for the next 2 1/2 years. John is a very kind person who is very easy to work with. Kim, well, I could never get ahold of her. My neighbors were always pleasant, and yes the pool might not be huge and extremely nice, but I had alot of fun using it.. the life guards were always playing with and entertaining the kids.. they were overall very pleasant people!

The only downfalls I would give Tidemill are that I could rarely get a parking space near the entrance of my apartment, but I don't mind walking. The leaks... but they were fixed... And the office hours held by Kim and John. I am a school teacher, so the only day I could see them was on Saturdays if I had a question about something.
