Nice renovated apartments with really thin walls so u can hear your neighbors sniffing, breathing and so on. recently construction workers were putting a new siding AND using your electricity without even notifying you!!! i have made a note to the management BUT all they said that this is indeed wrong and that all...can you argue about it any more' should you pay your bill' up to u i guess!
