These apartments are nice but are no different then dorms. I have lived here for 2 years and I have experienced the good and the bad. The good is that the cable, internet seem to work well which is a must for college students. The maintence men are very courteous and prompt when asked upon and has never been a problem. One main issue though is that these are not apartments but glorified dorms. The RA's are not very helpful and they blast music when they shouldn't be. Since they are in charge, there is nothing you can do. Also, this area is rarely monitored so parties go on non-stop and are rarely interrupted by anyone in charge. Also, since the rent is split between the parties, the rent is actually expensive for what should be given and the pool is never open. The weight room doesn't work because the treadmills are forever old and the staff (other then maintance) is of no help and rarely has any idea of rent issues. Not a bad place to live but be glad you're getting out of college soon once you live here. Also, make sure you do not care about appearance...most buildings are litered with glass bottles and cigarettes that haven't been cleaned in 2 years.

Wow! My daughter is moving in this '08 semester and now I am almost sorry she is! Maybe the parents should get more involved and the students should start protesting (considering the monthly rent.) Don't let the people running this place get away with such shoddy mangement.
