I moved in when their was a special because UV was being built which is down the road however over there is the present of crimes and the rooms are smaller. University Park has security.
The good is that it is a furnished apartment, very close to campus and you have your own lease that includes cable tv with an HBO channel and internet. It has a clubhouse for working out, a pool, a computer room, an eatery, a big screen tv, and ocassion social events. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and you have an ice maker in the freezer. Maintenace is also great. I never had to wait a long time and they are very nice people.
However, because this is mostly college students, its parties non-stop. Therefore in the morning, its trash everywhere, at night you can hear your neighbors blast their radio, and there is never any parking. They started towing occasion but it is not enough. Also, you have to share the gas and electric amoung your roommates. Hopefully no one is late with their share.
Other than that, the amount for the rent is not bad and in the summer it is a great place to live because everyone is gone by then and it would only be a 30 min ride to the beach.
