UP is a very convenient place to live. It is the most popular apartment complex in Salisbury for students, so you will find a lot of your friends live there. The clubhouse comes in handy if you don't feel like driving to the school gym or to go get food. Noise is definitely an issue, and serious students or people who need to wake up early may have trouble living there. Do not expect to go to bed at a decent hour on thursday, friday, or saturday nights, but you will always be able to find a party. Furniture is kind of crappy but good enough, and the plave is built just kind of cheap in general. All that being said, they can still look cute if decorated nice, and everyone has their own balcony where you can sit outside and drink a beer. I enjoyed living there for three years, and the main thing I would say is just make sure you can handle the noise and constant parties. Parking can get rough sometimes too.
