UP is pretty good, but the washer/dryer were horrible. The walls are very thin, we got a noise violation for playing Jenga with 4 people on a Monday night. Overall its not bad, but I definately didn't feel safe when walking home (which was always far away because parking is HORRIBLE!!). Unless you live around 1413 if you come home after 10pm on any day of the week you are going to have to park far away from your apartment which was one of my biggest problems.
