University Park is perfect for college students. As a college student myself, I was happy to be right in the mix of things. The way it's set up made it easy to make new friends with other people in the buildings since they're all college students, too.
My R.A. was friendly, but I didn't really call on him for anything. Maintenance was a little on the tough side for their charges, but had a great turn-around time when something needed to be fixed. The events in the clubhouse were hit or miss. Some were awesome (trips to new york and free food) but some could be a little lame.
The noise generally wasn't too bad. For the most part it was taken care of -- or could be if I walked downstairs and asked them to turn it down. Parking was ridiculous. There should really be enough parking for us and some guests.
As for the staff, like I said, my R.A. was fine, and everyone I met was fine. Anytime I had a question, I called in to Dianne, she's probably the most cheerful person you'll ever meet.
Overall, University Park is a big part of my college experience. I'll miss it and all the friends I made. BUT, I'm GRADUATING! So, whoever gets my old room.... keep it in good style.
