Not Too Bad - Like a lot of apartment complexes, there's a mix of quiet, polite neighbors and loud, inconsiderate ones. This place is no exception. ParkWood is Good for me I have enjoyed living at parkwood for the last 6 months and have no complaints so far. I have experienced few problems with my apartment and have found the management team to be very professional when I do encounter a problem. The parking does become a problem sometimes
