Parkwood Apartments 75% Recommended May 11 2008: Where to begin... First of all the apartments look fantastic on the inside. I had a 1 bedroom apartment and they are EXTREMELY spacious. the dining room "area" if you want to call it that makes a great extension to University Park 80% Recommended Apr 03 2008: After about 3 years of living here, I have not been impressed with the services. My greatest vice with University Park is that the neighbors have been a SERIOUS noise problem and the staff does NOTHING to mediate the conflict, Parkwood Apartments 75% Recommended Mar 27 2008: I moved into Parkwood Apartments a little over 2 months ago and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the property, the office staff, and the maintenance team. My apartment is cute and reasonably priced and the grounds are Brittingham Square Apartments 62% Recommended Mar 20 2008: I couldn't believe some of the reviews after I read them. I am glad that I did not read these prior to moving in. I am not sure if someone is just posting some of these reviews to try to Mill Pond Village 33% Recommended Mar 13 2008: I don't what is wrong with these people saying unkind things about Mill Pond. I have leaved here 3 years since they built it and have never found another complex in the area that can compete with everything they offer. |
