This is a great place to live, the town homes are kind of small but other than that it is nothing that I can say negative or complain about. We had just moved here from Texas and the staff would go out of their way to help us, not just as far as getting settled into the home but the whole area. Any maintenance issues we had got taken care of that day or the next. PS I am black and had no issues here or anywhere else in Savage (It all depends on how you carry yourself)
