I would like to start off with the management. If you like your landlord telling your business all the time then you'll love howard hills. I have been told way too much information about people's lives and very intimate things. I know details such as who is receiving assistance and that is none of my business. We are in need of many upgrades, especially since the rent is so high. The light fixtures are disgusting especially since I can see the wires hanging out and someone must have been drinking when they plastered the walls in the bathrooms. These townhomes are not a good place for families. Kids need space and there is no space here. If there was, children wouldn't be screaming, running, and annoying people while playing in many of the back yards. I could go on with other problems but there is not enough room for that. For the people that love living at howard hills good luck, I'm just waiting for the lease to be up.

You are 100% correct. I know entirely too much about other tenants business here at Howard Hills. It makes one wonder if your business is being discussed. Upgrades are need. My opinion, I don't think people mind paying extra in rent if the places are more modern and beautiful. There is not enough room for the children to play so they skate and play in the middle of the parking lot, blocking cars coming and going. But of course like everything else here at Howard Hills, this problem will not be addressed until something unfortunate happens. Just waiting for my lease to end also.

Howard Hills has not changed in size and I am sure the community was the exact same way when you moved in. If the common ground space was so important than why did you move in? And apparently somethings had to been addressed or you would not still be there, would you?
