The rental staff have an I don't care attitude.
The response from the rental staff is not adequate they lack management skills and are not sensitive to their tenants needs.
The homes are poorly constructed and you can hear everything in your neighbors home.
I will not be renewing my lease.
DON'T MOVE HERE FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO LIVE.

you are absolutely accurate in your assessment of this place. my family and I have lived here for seven years and I must say the first six were superior under the management of an individual who cared and went above and beyond to attend to the resident's needs and the condition of the property. you received caring service if you called the office or if you stopped in to see ms. linda. it did not matter how busy things were or how much was going on she made you feel important and she knew we were the ones she was there to service. ms. linda left in may 2009 and has a new job where she is really making a difference. we have visited her new property and if it was not limited to the elderly and the disabled my family would move immediately. it is true that the staff and the management makes a difference and it has proven true that ms. linda was the light that shined on howard hills. we will be moving on at the end of our lease.
