EXCELLENT!! - I will be moving into Foxborough Estates (new name of complex) in January 2012, but have been working w/ Jamie, since earlier in the year, due to move in date change. The management @ this complex is fantastic!!, and the apts reno's are really nice. Great price for the value, and I am very picky!! Great!!!!!!!!! The office staff are GREAT and very friendly and hard workers.
APT looks old but well maintained.
So far nice neighbors and location is really convenient.
Rent is reasonable, space is funtional.

Good for single families I moved in July 2007 and I havent had any problems yet. The rent is very affordable and the apartment is a nice size. My only complaint is that you can hear every move the people upstairs make. The neighboorhood is safe and there is plenty parking.
