If you're military, this is the community for you -- it's a nice place to live, and they'll let you leave with no problem if you get transferred, as long as you show them your orders. If you're a government civilian who may have to move for work, don't live here. They make it incredibly difficult to leave without paying them hefty penalties, even if you have official U. S. They let you know the rule before you move in. There are options for month 2 month, or 6 month lease.
