I have lived at Lake Village for about 2 years now. My roommate and I are very happy here and have had not problems at all.
It's in a great location...close to Arundel Mills mall, close to 97, 95, etc!
The patios they have here now are great....awesome for cooking out and having friends or family over. The rooms are a decent size too.
Also whenever we need anything at all the office staff and maintenace staff are both really helpful and always get things done right away.
