Neighborhood is getting trashy. Management is not renting to the right kind of people.Gangs of kids wandering all hours of the day and night.

Definitely not worth the money.

I have a couple of questions. -1)Are you still a resident at this community and if so if it is so horrible why are you still there? 2)Why did you live there for 7 years (2002-2009)? 3)What is the right kind of people? 4)Do you like kids? You put in the review that you would not recommend the community yet you gave everything a 3 out of 5 except parking. You did not complain about parking (you gave it a 2 out of 5). You even gave safety and noise a 3 out of 5. Is it really that bad or are you just angry? I am looking for a place for the fall, but I want to decide with fairness not with someones written anger.

I am a former resident who used to live in Lake Village. The reason I left is because of the kids wandering around the complex, day and night. They have done alot of damage to cars, and to other personal property. It appears that no one can control these kids and obiviously the parents don't care, so I can really relate to the first review. To the user response, be very careful when making your renting selection.

I agree...the best point of reference are folk who've lived or live in a neighborhood, they know better than you or I. I take it all into consideration. If their are more No than Yes...then I don't move there no matter what management writes.
