I've been here almost a year and I haven't had ANY issues so far. Yes the walls are kind of thin and the washing machine is small but other than that no complaints. the parking is great, coming from the Seven oaks apts I could never find a spot any where near my building and the charged an extra $30 a month for reserved spots. My neighbors are quiet the kids in the neighborhood are respectful of my property. My son has left his bike out front many nights and it has always been there in the morning. Wonderful neighborhood to go for walks in, playgrounds are close and convienent. Verizon Fios just came thru and installed their lines so now we don't have to have Comcast if you don't want. The rent is affordable compared to the rest of the area. They always have move in specials and you get $500 off your rent when you refer someone after they sign the lease. My BGE bill has improved greatly from Seven Oaks due to the newer appliances. I haven't had any dealings with the staff other than paying my rent so I can't speak on that. I had one issue with the dwn stairs toilet but maintenance came out right away (on a saturday) and fixed it and shampooed the carpet around the bathroom and even got up a spot of red gatorade in the living room (Thanks Guys!) Nobody has broken into my car or attempted to steal my rims (unlike 7 Oaks) so I'm pleased!

If you have rims.. Please be careful!! They do still rims around here.. Especially during this time of year. They will do it right in front of your house and leave your car on brick cylinder blocks. A friend of mine rims were taken a few months ago from right in front of the house. We notified the rental office to find out if this happened to anyone else, come to find out yes it has.. Someone else's rims were stolen a few days before. I heard from neighbors that other peoples rims were stolen and were left with the same type of blocks under the car. I actually lived in Seven Oaks to before I moved here. We never had any problems there except for squirrels in the apts and the lack of parking spaces.
