We lived there for 3 years and yes the parking was great, yes I did feel safe and no we didn't hear gunshots (they did find a dead body though; however, it apparently was shot down the street in the notorious Artwell Court). The problem we had was with management. We lived on Deerfield Ct. and every September our living room would flood after the first rain of the fall season. Maintenance came out twice and said that it was the air conditioner; however, it would flood regardless of whether we ran the air prior to that time or not. The bathroom plumbing is slow, we got the neighbors bath water in our sink and the water turns muddy brown from the faucent more often than I care to mention. Every summer the electricity goes out sometimes for days! Maintenance is friendly; however, they don't repair anything. There are people that go through the garbage in the middle of the day at least once a week. Management told me to make sure that I shred all identifying information. Thanks captain obvious!! Our mailbox was broken into on numerous occasions, kids are quick to curse you out because you need them to move so that you can park and make sure you stay on top of your auto insurance because there is a blatent disregard for your property. We hated the fact that we had to mail in the rent check and then were told, "Unless you have proof that we received it on time, then it is late!" We did not renew.

This neighborhood is great if you have someone that can stay home daily and keep on top of management to do their job. Otherwise, find a place that is customer oriented... and I don't mean serving cold hotdogs and warm Flavor-aid to the locals!

I know what you mean i hate it here too. however i was unaware of the finding of the dead body. thats terrible im so ready to break my lease but if i do i will responsible for the rent until they find new occupents their really blowin me. oh yeah make sure you watch ur car i had to go outside at 12am to tell the little fast girl next door and her boyfriend to stop making out on top of my car and their stupid friends too. so jus watch ur property
