As a long time renter, I can honestly say that the Orchards is the best place I have ever lived. I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the customer service provided by the office and maintenance personnel. I have reffered family, friends and co-workers to my community. Not only for the terrific refer fee offered by management but because I love this community and am proud to call it home.

here is an other post by the management trying to up their reviews..it's just not gonna happen...this place is a dump.. and if you lived there from 1994 till now you are a loser because you ve been renting too long and you need to get your own place.
