I moved in the Orchards at Severn in April 2006 I moved out July 2006.
(1) After getting pulled over 3 times by the police because I had a nice car, this always happened in front of my town home. After the 2nd time did they not know I lived there'''''' PROTECT AND SERVE RIGHT!!!!
(2) The fact there was always people smoking drugs on the side of my homes.
(3) I was calling the rental office every week to fix something in the bathroom or kitchen.
(4) BIG WATER AND BUG PROBLEMS
(5) I wasn t able to let my children go outside to play because of the number of CHILD SEX OFFENDER in the area and the drug trafficking.
(6) I should have known better after I seen the Food Market on the WIRE but I had already signed my lease before I seen that episode F_ _K (remember, HBO the littlie boy was driving around with his girlfriend buying prepaid phones)
(7) The rental office will not let you see your unit until your move in date along with a signed lease.
(8) (BIG PROBLEM) WHY DO YOU NEED TO MAIL MY RENT' IF IT S PAST THE 5TH AT 4PM YOU RE GETTING LATE FEES AND COURT COST. WHAT HAPPEN TO USING CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER' THE ORCHARDS AT SEVERN GET UP WITH THE TIMES!!
