I've never lived here but I filled out a leasing application and got approved and also qualified for the move in special that was going on. but you will not believe it, they asked me to pay the security deposit and sign a lease WITHOUT even seeing the apartment I was going to live in. I waited two weeks but they still did not have the keys to show me the apartment I was going to rent. I'm happy I got to read these reviews before making the BIG mistake of signing a lease. I'm definitely not moving here.Oh, and I lost my $10 application fee. :(
