The Neighborhood is AWFUL! The area is infested with those who don't want anything or to see you have anything(Not everyone but most). You can't get a delivery man, the parking is horrible and the surrounding complexes are even worse. This is a horrible neighborhood to raise your child in. I am moving as soon as possible. Maintenance just walks in your house without knocking. I swear my tub is falling throuhg the ceiling and the flat paint has public housing written all over it, then they charge you if you paint yourself. The apartments are extremely outdated and they don't clear the walk during snow only at the rental office nor do they water the grass this is expected to be done by the tenant. Townhome Schmownhome tell that to someone who doesn't know the difference
