I will admit, down the street isn't too favorable but I lived at the Orchards for 2 years and never had a problem! I loved my neighbors and loved my quiet apartment!! Just wish I could of had a dog!!

YOu lived there in another time buddy....it's not like that now! Places may change! Watch how you speak to people, you come off the ignorant one and YOU may have been the "problem" in the community!

Actually, I still live there and it hasn't changed a bit. It's still the same ol ghetto!!! And when dealing with an ignorant and inconsiderate leasing staff (which I'm sure you are a part of), it tends to rub off! And I'M DONE!!!
