I have lived at somerset for almost 1 yr now and lets just say I will not be renewing my lease agreement. The area is horrible but I did not realize it until the summer. I moved from a different state and had no idea that the leasing staff was feeding a bunch of lies. The issue with the crickets is very annoying. The lack of parking is one of the reasons I am moving as my car was towed as well.(see other review)The housing office switches management staff like you change underwear and each manager is worse than the one before. My townhome is nice and spacious however I will be paying an extra $100 - $200 a month for peace of mind in knowing me and my family are safe.
