I Wouldn't Recommend This Place

Here are just some things I experienced while living here:
There are a lot of shady characters walking around here. I have been approached in the parking lot or had people knock on my door asking for money or trying to sell me something. The first day I moved here a man apporached me asking if I could give him $5 for something to eat because he just got out of prison.
For a few months I had problems with young teenagers banging really hard on my door and running off late at night. They left trash on my car. They finally stopped when I called the police. Teenagers are always walking around the neighborhood and loitering. Apparently the Anne Arundel County Police have designated the whole Pioneer Drive area, formally known as "Pioneer City" as a high crime area. Arwell Court, which is right down the street is declared an off limits area to service members becuase of drugs and crime.
There are always bug problems here. I've had problems with crickets, snails, and cockroaches being in my apartment.
I have had a lot of problems with wiring in my town home. Normally the maintanence responds within a reasonable amount of time when I put in a service request but I once had to keep bugging them for almost two weeks to fix the lock on my mail box. They also sent me a letter trying to charge me for a key that I supposedly lost when they lost their copy.
I also had problems with parking and I only own one car. The place is spacious and has new kitchens and a washer and dryer in the unit which is good for the price, but the neighborhood is bad. I would advise anyone not to move here.
