Its been almost two years now and honestly I have not come across any major issues.

I've had to call the cops about three (3) times since I've been here and that's due to teenagers being outside at the playground making noise late at night.

As a result they stay away from my area.

My location is the best location located in Somerset Woods.

All of my neighbors are older and we work for a living.

ANother good point is that we're all mixed in races.

I have a chinese neighbor and a couple of white neighbors (diversed).

There's a new family with a couple of teenage girls and I haven't experienced any issues from them.

Sad but true but teenagers especially teenage boys cause a lot of problems.

Although I haven't had any issues down here, I've noticed in the past few weeks there are teenagers hanging out across the street which is very rare; I've learned to call the police before a habit occurs as a result my working class community located at the bottom remains comfortable.

New rental manager (Mia) excellent-I put in a request and the job is taken care of within 3 business days.

Overall where I'm located is a plus-I've drove around at the top and near the rental office and it is a nightmare.

For the good and non-problematic tenants that is located up there, I feel so sorry for them because we at the bottom do not have any issues and as long as I'm there we will not have issues.

I will pick up the phone quick to dial "911" and I will complain to the office and corporate before I live uncomfortable.

Unfortunately up the street the problem has alreay boiled over down the street the water haven't even been put in the pot and thats how its going to stay as long as I live there.
