Very bad idea

I have lived here for less than a year. When I first moved in we had roaches, and who ever was here before had them horribly (there are roach dopping stains on the wall). The model room is soooo much nicer than this place is the bathroom looks awful (different colored tiles, just bad repairs). Also, there are soooo many kids around here that just seem to want to hang is the streets of the complex. And grown men that seem to have nothing better to do than to hang outside and act like loud teenagers. So in my opinion if you can afford more do better than this.
