I am thinking of moving to the complex. Can anyone tell me if the walls in the townhomes are thin' And how well does the maintenance staff respond to a service call'

The walls are okay, considering my neighbors are not too loud. The maintenance are pretty good when it comes to house calls, especially if you just moved in. They were a bit slow when ALL of them decided to take a vacation and they got backed up for a whole week, so my call was answered pretty late. Otherwise the place isn't too bad. I was really grossed out when I first moved in because of a roach problem, but after they came and sprayed twice I haven't had that problem since. The neighborhood has some bad kids that like to play right in the back of my house and sit on my lil bit of porch, so I can't wait till winter hits, hopefully they will stay in the house.
