Not that bad - I moved to Somerset Woods March 2011 and I have to say overall I am happy. At first, seeing all the teenagers had gave me some concerns, but quickly learn they are not bad. The teenagers stay to there self and at night it is completely quite. Parking sucks, don't think about coming home late at night and finding a good parking space.
