Stay Away from Lake Village Townhomes Neighborhood is getting trashy. Management is not renting to the right kind of people.Gangs of kids wandering all hours of the day and night.
Definitely not worth the money.

Great Community to live in! I have lived at Lake Village for about 2 years now. My roommate and I are very happy here and have had not problems at all.
It's in a great location...close to Arundel Mills mall, close to 97, 95, etc!
The patios they have here now are great....awesome

I loved living at The Orchards at Severn I lived there for over 3 years and never had a problem. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the maintenance men fixed problems immediately. I only choose to move because I wanted a basement and more room for my grandchildren but I would return

I'm shocked at all the negativity I will admit, down the street isn't too favorable but I lived at the Orchards for 2 years and never had a problem! I loved my neighbors and loved my quiet apartment!! Just wish I could of had a dog!!

break ins, small stacked washer & dryer, good staff pretty much says it all. my townhouse is old and ugly, with no storage room. someone tried to break into my back door once. but the staff is pretty nice. good luck not gettin ripped off tho.
