Lived in the building for more then two years; management is easy to deal with and generally responsive. Treed common area is very appealing. The other tenants in building and along the block hold picnics and have a great sense of community. My apartment is unusually large with below market rents. It has CAC, dishwasher. Walking distance to the Silver Spring Metro as well as as close to Sligo Park, shopping at Flower Ave, with a number of restaurants--two of which are included in the Washingtonian's Cheap Eats list. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but for the money a great place to be.
