Good place/Parking late at night and noise can be a problem - Pretty apartment though not at all soundproof. Grounds, laundry rooms and stairwells are well kept and the staff is friendly. No bugs. Nice neighbors. Sometimes noisy. Upstairs neighbor has no carpets down despite the 80% carpeting coverage stipulated in the lease. So this doesn't seem to be enforced. Very Pleased - I have only lived at the Courts of Madison for about 4 months. It is the first apartment I have lived in and so far so good. The Neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet.
