Poor Quality - Don't Buy The Hype

They may try to show you how big and nice-looking the apartment is, but ignore the hype.
Insulation in the winter time is atrocious. It is constantly freezing in my room because there are holes letting in cold air. I ran out of duct tape trying to plug those holes. My electrical bill is really high - $150 for January.
Loud, noisy train at 2 in the morning. Blinds do not block out light. Sleeping is a miracle.
Bathroom toilet never flushes right. Maintenance could not fix it. It just keeps flowing and flowing...
Thermostat is messed up. Never reads the correct temperature.
People are always parking and blocking the street coming into the apartment. Gloria, the big lady who tries to sell the apartments, claims they do a "good job" keeping the street clear from parkers - but you know she lies. It's always crowded and thanks to construction it is a problem getting in or out during busy hours.
There are no military discounts.
On a positive note, the maintenance staff are very nice people. Everyone else is not.
However, do not ever, ever, ever come to this place.
